We have tried several different options, before we found PC Doctor. The amount of effort that we had to put into having one of them "fix" the problem, and the downtime we experienced was in hindsight ridiculous.

We have worked with other computer companies in the past and the best thing about PC Doctor is that they really take ownership of the problem. With firms we have used in the past, we had to make follow up calls or check things to make sure they were done right. With PC Doctor we just have to make one call or email and it's taken care of. PC Doctor has moved us over to Office 365 and that made for a seamless integration between mobile and desktop Devices. If a company was on the fence about choosing an IT company, I would tell them that we have tried several different options (including trying to do it myself) before we found PC Dr. The amount of effort that we had to put into having one of them "fix" the problem, and the downtime we experienced was in hindsight ridiculous.
