Storagecraft Agreement
PC Doctor uses the StorageCraft Backup MSP Software to provide managed onsite and/or offsite backup and disaster recovery services to the Customer on a recurring subscription basis; (ii) the Customer is permitted access to the StorageCraft Backup MSP Software, but only through PC Doctor; StorageCraft is the owner of the Licensed Product; (iii) such access is for a limited term; (iv) Customer access to the StorageCraft Backup MSP Software is subject to termination based on, among other things, its nonpayment of Service Fees to you; and (v) the Licensed Product is licensed "as is", with all faults, and there are no warranties, representations, or conditions, express or implied, written or oral, arising by statute, operation of law, or otherwise relating to the Licensed Product; and (vi) StorageCraft is not liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential (collectively, the "Minimum Customer Terms"), the Minimum Customer Terms set forth in the EULA.
